Your card is charged immediately after you submit an online order. The complete item, fulfillment, and applicable tax total is shown before payment.

Product photos, descriptions, dimensions, prices, and availability help you evaluate a piece, but natural materials, finishes, and handmade details can vary. Local inventory may be one of a kind and may change as items sell in the showroom. Please confirm important specifications and availability with our team before making plans around an item.

If a listing, price, or availability appears incorrect, contact us before relying on it. A listing does not reserve an item.

Eligible local-inventory pieces may be picked up at the Henderson showroom at no charge. Local delivery in Las Vegas, Henderson, or Boulder City is a flat $199 and is charged with the order. The fee includes delivery, setup, and yard placement. Crane work, old-piece removal, electrical/plumbing work, and other special access or installation are not included and require a separate quote. The showroom will contact you to coordinate timing and access.

The listed price for an approved supplier product includes pallet-to-driveway shipping in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, islands, and some remote ZIP codes are not served. Local-inventory pieces that need shipment outside the three-city service area require a phone freight quote and are not completed through the standard online delivery option. Orders picked up at the Henderson showroom are charged the applicable Henderson sales tax. Orders shipped to a Nevada address are charged the applicable Nevada sales tax for the delivery destination. The separately stated delivery charge is not taxed. When an order is shipped to an address outside Nevada, Outdoor Living Direct does not collect Nevada sales tax.

The applicable tax amount must be shown as part of the complete order total before payment is submitted.

If a piece arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, document the condition, retain the packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so the team can review the order. Manufacturers only accept damage claims noted at delivery and reported within 48 hours. Do not send a piece back without arranging the next step with us. Product warranties may depend on the manufacturer and the item.

Orders ship directly from the manufacturer. An order can be cancelled for a full refund until we place it with the manufacturer; once it is placed, it can’t be cancelled or changed. Manufacturers do not accept change-of-mind returns, so an order is final once placed. Made-to-order products and installed fountains are final sale.

Cancellation and refund requests are handled by phone rather than through a self-service online tool. Approved refunds are returned in full to the original payment card; allow 5–7 business days after processing for the credit to appear. Calling does not itself guarantee eligibility.
