When you use a contact or quote form, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, optional phone number, subject, message, product or project details, quantity, delivery ZIP code, delivery preference, and project timing.

When you join the email list, we collect your email address and the consent recorded with that signup. The cart and checkout preparation features use browser storage to remember selections and prevent duplicate attempts.

When you browse, hosting and security systems process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Traffic measurement is described under “Analytics and cookies” below.

• Respond to questions, quote requests, product inquiries, and pickup or delivery planning.
• Maintain a record of the request so the showroom team can follow up and provide support.
• Send email updates only when the separate mailing-list consent is provided, with an unsubscribe option in each marketing message.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
• Measure aggregate traffic and site use as described in our cookie policy.

We do not use contact-form content to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent the information submitted through those forms.

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics. We exclude staff administration routes, strip query strings from analytics events, and do not send contact-form content as analytics properties.

Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after you allow analytics cookies. Our implementation disables advertising storage, ad personalization, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals. You can decline without losing access to the storefront or forms and change the choice later from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

We use service providers only for the work needed to operate the website: Vercel hosts and delivers the site and provides aggregate analytics; Supabase stores and protects inquiry, signup, and future order records; Resend delivers contact-form acknowledgements, staff notifications, and subscribed email messages; Sentry receives technical error reports when part of the site fails, set up to remove contact details, street addresses, and order links before a report is sent; and Google processes GA4 data only after analytics-cookie permission is granted.

These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the site or our rights, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain inquiries, signup records, and related communications for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide customer service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary with the type of record and an ongoing customer relationship.

We use access controls and service-provider safeguards intended to protect submitted information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not place payment-card numbers, account passwords, or other highly sensitive information in a free-text message.

You can change the optional analytics-cookie choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. Browser controls can also clear cookies, cart data, and other local storage.
